Interessant, es gibt allerdings Alternativen wie z.B NiceNic aber auch teuer natürlich.
Eine Günstigere Alternative wird es denke ich mal nicht geben.
Du kannst auch beim Tonic direkt mit Kreditkarte kaufen aber dann ist es „unsicher“ weil die Zahlungsdaten offen gelegt ist.
Ja, aber teuer oder unsicher - das sind ja beides Dinge, die in dem Metier wohl niemand freiwillig haben will, oder? 
Ich würds mal mit namecheap versuchen, weil:

If you don’t have access to the Namecheap Account where the domain name is located, you can request the domain renewal as a third-party.
Please note that the domain name will remain in the original Account, and you will not have access to manage the domain after you have paid for the renewal. Only the Account owner can manage the domain.
If this is acceptable to you, to proceed with the renewal follow these steps:

Create a new Namecheap Account, or use your existing Namecheap Account. Add sufficient funds to your Account.

Contact our Domains Department with your third party request.

Please provide us with the domain name you would like to renew, as well as the username and Support PIN of your prefunded Account.

To initiate the renewal as a third-party, please also confirm that we can debit the funds from your Account to process your request.

Once our Domains Team has all the required details and checked there are sufficient funds, renewal payment will be deducted from your Namecheap Account balance.

A renewal confirmation email will be sent to the email address linked to the Namecheap Account where the domain was originally registered.

If no objections are received within 24 hours, the domain name will be renewed. You will receive confirmation as a reply to the Support ticket we will create during the process.

Interessant. Aber Namecheap ist eben eine US Unternehmen, wo die ACE, etc auch dran kommt mit einer Gerichtsbeschluss.
Naja, besser ne Domain für unter 30€ verlieren, ohne das die ACE an die echten Registranten-Daten (inkl. Zahlungsdaten) kommt, als eine komplette Offenlegung.
P.S.
Namecheap nimmt auch Prepaid-CCs an!
Alternativ könnte man auch noch über AsiaRegister in Singapur bestellen. Soweit ich weiß, geben die keine Daten raus, wollen aber auch ca. 125€ / Jahr für ne *.to-Domain!!
Also ich denke Prepaid-CCs oder ein x-Paypal tun es auch - bei TONIC.
btw Namecheap akzeptiert keine Transfers! Nur Neuregistrierungen.
