Die Amies geben an Nichtamies eher selten Daten zu solchen Firmen raus. In einzelnen Bundesstaaten ist dies explizit verboten und ein gutes Geschäftsmodell, Stichwort Steuervermeidung. Zusätzlich werden mit diesen „Gesellschaften“ gerne Bargeldgeschäfte im Immobiliensektor abgewickelt, so das der eigentliche Erwerber im Dunklen bleibt. Dies übrigens auch in den USA und vollkommen legal. Da spielt es keine Rolle ob das Impressum so korrekt ist da der normale Anwalt da schnell an seine Grenzen stößt. Ein Postfach ist zudem eine zustellfähige Adresse. Die Kosten für so eine „Gesellschaft“ sind überschaubar.
Da Lars sich eventuell etwas in der"Szene" auskennt wird er einfach einen Anbieter genommen haben, welcher einen guten Ruf in dieser besitzt und der wird „zufällig“ einer sein der halbseidene Projekte aus diesem Bereich betreut.
